Dress Code, or Lack Thereof

  • Dress for Comfort. Jeans, shorts and flip-flops are our preferred attire. Feel free to leave the itchy wool suit, ties, pearls and pleated slacks at home.
  • Join the Shorts-for-Life Club. Do you prefer to feel the island breeze on your legs all year around?  Join the ranks committed to wearing shorts and flip-flops every day in any weather conditions, despite your geographical location.
  • Aloha Work Environment. Our employees are more productive in a casual work environment. We work hard and play hard. We understand how to prioritize family because at the end of the day that is what matters.
